Welcome to my blog! I'll be updating this blog every week or so about the events and sites I see in Mother Russia. I'll keep this post short, but I'm leaving from Dulles Airport near Washington, D.C. at 3:05pm on Thursday, August 30. Upon my arrival to Moscow, I'll be residing with a host family near the Yugo-Zapadna (South-western) Metro Station. I'll be enrolled in classes at the International University in Moscow (founded by Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev and U.S. President George H.W. Bush in 1991). Wish me luck as I embark on one of the greatest adventures of my life thus far!
